Restoring and Upgrading Outdoor Lighting in Point Grey

This project in the Point Grey neighbourhood started with a lighting system that had been installed over 15 years ago. Many of the old fixtures were no longer working, several bulbs were burnt out, and the colour temperatures varied across the property. On top of that, the original installation had a mix of 120V fixtures combined with low-voltage fixtures, which created unnecessary complexity and safety concerns.
Our approach was to clean and restore what could be saved, while upgrading the overall system for consistency and reliability. We converted everything to low-voltage fixtures, ensuring the property is now safer and more energy-efficient. All lights were matched to a warm white colour temperature, creating a unified glow throughout the garden, pathways, and stone seating areas.
The result is a space that feels intentional and inviting, with lighting that highlights the natural stonework, greenery, and outdoor living features. What once looked dated and uneven now provides a cohesive nighttime atmosphere, bringing the property back to life.
